The HRB-TMRN is delighted to welcome Professor George P. McCabe to NUI Galway. Professor McCabe is affiliated with the Department of Statistics and is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs for the College of Science at Purdue University and co-author of the globally used Introduction to the Practice of Statistics, currently in its 8th edition, and a business statistics text, currently in its third edition. His publications include over 160 journal articles in a variety of fields.
Together with Dr John Newell, NUI Galway, Professor McCabe is delivering the 2 day Logistic Regression course (17th & 18th June) as well as the Annual Summer School in Bio-statistics (15th – 19th June).
